Hill, Alexander, Private
Company C, 27th Regiment NC Troops
Resided in Lenoir County and enlised at Camp Holmes on August 31, 1864, for 
the war. Present or accounted for until captured near Petersburg, Virginia, 
April 2, 1865. Confined at Point Lookout, Maryland, until released on June 27, 
1865, after taking the Oath of Allegiance.
