Sutton, John W., Private
Company C, 27th Regiment N.C. Troops
Resided in Lenoir County and enlisted in Craven County at age 18, July 15, 
1861. Present or accounted for until he died in a hospital at Petersburg, 
Virginia, July 19, 1862 of "bilious fever."
