Obituary from "The Kinston Daily Free Press", Kinston, N.C.,
Lenoir. Handwritten date on bottom of obit copy is: Sat. 5 Aug. 1899.

Died
Mr. Richard B. Taylor died Friday night at his home in Vance township.
Mr. Taylor was a member of the Christian church, a Mason and a good,
honest man. He leaves a wife and five children, all of whom are grown.
The burial will take place this afternoon at the family burial ground
near Mr. Lemuel Taylor. Dr. H. D. Harper will conduct the service..
