February the 22nd Day 1797
Surveyed for Henry GOODMAN by Warrant
No. 128
Dated the 18th Day of October 1796 a tract of land containing forty one acres 
lying in Lenoir County on the South side of Nuse River beginning at a white oak 
his own and Arthur GRADDY Corner on the hull near the low grounds and runs with 
his own line south forty five east one hundred and forty six pole to a stake in 
his other line thence with that line south one hundred and eighteen pole to a 
stake in GRADDY’S line thence with his line tot he beg. as the above plan 
represents.
