State of North Carolina
Lenoir County

August 11th, 1801 by virtue of allotment. N 371 Dated April 18th, 1801. I have 
Surveyed for Isaac HINES a Tract of Land containing Seventy Acres lying in the 
County aforesaid Joining his own lines Jesse PIPKINS & Robert DONNALL, Deceased 
lands.
Beginning at a pine his own Corner and runs West, Seven poles to a pine, then 
North one Hundred and thirty four poles to a pine his own Corner then with his 
line West one Hundred and Twenty six poles to a pine in his own old line, then 
North Twenty five poles to a pine, then with Jesse PIPKINS line S 89 E One 
Hundred and fifty five poles to a white oak his Corner, then South 52 East 
Seventy poles to a pine in the Edge of a Meadow, then to the Beginning.
