Jesse F. DUPREE to Stephen MOORE

State of North Carolina
Lenoir County
This Deed made the 6th day of December 1877 by Jesse F. DUPREE Execr. of F. G. 
DUPREE of Lenoir County, State of North Carolina to Stephen MOORE of the same 
county and State. Witness that the said Jesse F. DUPREE in consideration of 
Thirty 25/100 Dollars to him in hand paid by the said Stephen MOORE, the receipt 
is hereby acknowledge, have bargained and sold and by these presence do bargain 
sell and convey to the said Stephen MOORE and his heirs one Sein beach and two? 
acres of land in said County known as the MOORE beach the two acres of land to be 
laid off by the said Stephen MOORE.
To have and to hold the aforesaid Sein Beach and all the privilege and 
appurtenances thereto belonging to the said beach and his heirs and assigns and 
the said J.F. DUPREE will warrant and defend the said title to the same against 
the claims of all persons whatsoever.
In testimony whereof the said Jesse F. DUPREE have hereunto set his hand and 
seal, the day and year above written.
December 6th 1877.
