Marriage Contract of Jesse W. BROADWAY & Susan TILGHMAN

(Also included in this file was a deed of sale of land of her late husband 
Joseph J. TILGHMAN, deceased; Alexander TILGHMAN, administrator. Land was 
sold to Jesse VAUSE-Jesse W. BROADWAY was the 2nd husband of Susan TILGHMAN)

State of North Carolina, Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions, Lenoir Co.
July Term 1851
Then was the foregoing Marriage Contract between Jesse W. BROADWAY & Susan 
E. TILGHMAN to Jesse Vause exhibited in Open Court & the Execution thereof & 
the duly brought by the Oaths of Wm. C. Faulkner and ------ the two 
subscribing Witnesses thereto and to be Registered.
