Edward James was born October 19, 1915 to Benjamin Franklin Williams and Mary 
Elizabeth Oglesby Williams. He married Vida Mae White on January 25, 1956 ahd 
they had 8 children: James Edward, Jr.; Susan Elizabeth; John Robert; Edna 
Frances; Hazel Marie; twins Kerry Don and Kara Yvonne; and Mary Katherine. He 
died on February 12, 1979.
