EXECUTOR’S NOTICE
     Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber, at the last April Term at 
Lincolnton, Lincoln County, qualified as  Executors to the Last Will and 
Testament of WALLACE ALEXANDER, ESQ., deceased. Those indebted to the said 
estate are requested to make payment immediately, and those having claims 
against said estate are requested to make payment immediately; and those 
having claims against said estate are notified to present them duly 
authenticated within the time prescribed by law, or this notice will be plead 
in bar of their recovery.
