CHARLES WHITSON

Attachment levied on property

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, CHARLES 
WHITSON, is an inhabitant of Tennessee. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said defendant appear  within the first three days of  the 
October term to be held for the  County of Lincoln, to make his defense, final 
judgment will be taken against him.
