Lincoln County, NC - Henry & Catharine Conner - Act for Divorce ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An Act for the divorce of Henry Workman Conner and his wife Catherine Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the bonds of matrimony now subsisting between Henry Workman Connor, of the county of Lincoln, and his wife Catharine, be dissolved; and that the said Henry Workman Conner and his wife Catharine be, and they are hereby as fully and absolutely divorced from each other, in the same manner as if the rights of matrimony had never been solemnized between them.
