          UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT OF NORTH CAROLINA IN BANKRUPTSY
   Notice to show cause against the petition of :
   JAMES M. FORNEY, Iron-master, of Lincoln County, to be declared a Bankrupt 
at Wilmington on Monday, the first day of May next.
   JOHN FULDENWILDER, Iron-master, of Lincoln County, to be declared a 
Bankrupt at Wilmington on Monday, the first day of May next.
   HENRY FULDENWILDER, Iron-master, of Lincoln County, to be declarled a 
Bankrupt at Wilmington on Monday, the first day of May next.
