STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS
LINCOLN COUNTY
Jan. Term, 1809

HENRY HUVER, Guardian of SAMUEL and FREDERICK DEITZ

        Vs.

SAMUEL and FREDERICK DEITZ, JOHN DEITZ, GEORGE LUNTZ and his wife, SUSANNA 
LUNTZ

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN DEITZ, 
is an not an inhabitant of this State, it  is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said defendant appear  within the first three days of  the 
next term to be held for the  County of Lincoln, and plead, answer or demur to 
his petition, judgment will be taken against him and set for hearing.
