THOMAS LONG

 Original Attachment levied on 
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, THOMAS LONG, 
is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendant appear  to be held for the  County of Lincoln in the 
Court House at Lincolnton on the third Monday in April next, and replevy, 
judgment final will be entered against him.
