James Wilson deceased (LATE OF LINCOLN COUNTY) to my trusty friend & son John 
Abel Wilson (McMinnville TN) one of the heirs of said James Wilson power of 
attorney to sell land & other property to sell land & other property belonging 
to said  estate, sign deeds, & appoint other attornies as necessary.  (signed) 
Margaret Wilson’s mark “W”. (no witness) (Warren County TN) acknowledged Apr 
21, 1825
before Lighton Ferrell JP  & Edmund Kersey JP (Warren County TN) Apr 22 1825 
Joseph Colville clerk of Warren Co Court, certifies Lighton Ferrell and Edmund 
Kersey are justices of the peace (signed) Jos. Colville, by S.C. Colela DC.
