Petition for the Division of a Tract of Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that some of the defendants, are 
not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendants appear at the next Court of Pleas & Quarter 
Sessions to be held for the County of Lincoln on the 3rd Monday in April then 
and there to answer or demur to this petition, it will be taken pro confesso 
and adjudged accordingly .
