Between Mason Harwell of the County of Lincoln and State of North Carolina of the one part & John Fisher Uriah Fisher Rufus Fisher Susanna Fisher & Sally H Fisher in common and heirs of Thomas Fisher deceased of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that in consideration of a bond given by Mason Harwell to Thomas Fisher deceased to convey fifty acres of land in for Simple below described and dated the 16th day of November 1826. And for the sum of One Hundred & fifty Dollars paid by Thomas Fisher Decd to Mason Harwell at the date of the above bond the receipt whereof the said Mason Harwell doth hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained & Sold Aliened & Confirmed and by these presents doth give grant bargain Sell alien & Confirm unto the said John Fisher Uriah Fisher Rufus Fisher Susanna Fisher and Sally H. Fisher Their heirs and assigns forever of a parcel or Tract of land lying and being in the County of Lincoln and State aforesaid on the waters of the South fork of Mountain Creek and Joining land of David Linebarger Moses Abernathy and others It being part of a tract or parcel of Land conveyed by John Allen to Mason Harwell and Bound as follows viz Beginning on a post oak a new corner made by the said Harwell running then North 76 E 35 poles to a Black oak David Linebargers corner then with said Linebargers line 100 poles to a Hickory another corner of Linebargers then N 20 E 40 poles to a small Hickory on Moses Abernathys line Then with old line of said Survey North 86 W. 144 poles to a small Gum on said old line a new corner then a new line South 80 poles to the Beginning containing by Estimation Fifth acres be the same more or less To Have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of Land Together with all woods waters mines minerals Hereditaments Appurtenances belonging to the said land or in any wise appertaining Thereto To Hold to the said John Fisher Uriah Fisher Rufus Fisher Susanna Fisher and Sally H.
