Barnes to them hath given granted bargain and sold aliened and Confirm all the Certain tract or piece and parcel of Land unto the Said John Morison his heirs and assigns lying in the county of Lincoln on the Waters of Green Creek joining the land of Joseph Smith and others Beginning on a Black Oak on the old line a corner of the Fiatt lot and runs thence with the old line South 60 Poles to a Black Oak the old corner thence west 114 Poles to a Black Oak on the old line then a new line North 35 Dr East 100 poles to a Sower Wood a corner of the Fiatt lot then with the said line to the beginning containing forty Acres it being a Lottt of the Land laid off to Nancy Glen Lott No 7 ----and also all the woods ways water and waters courses rents profits dues and all the tenements thereunto belonging or in any wiest appertaining of the Said Saml Glen John Glen Elizabeth Davis Susanah Barnes of and to the Lands belonging and premises here by granted to have and to hold with the apurtencances unto the said John Morison his heirs and assignes forever All that tract of Land to the proper use and behjoof of the said John Morison his heires and assignes forever and the said Samuel Glen John Glen Elizabeth Davis Susanah Barnes for themselves their heirs the aforesaid land and premises ever part thereof against themselves their heirs and against the claim or claims of all and every other person or persons whatsoever to thed John Morison his heires and assignes Thereof and will forever warrant and defend b y these presents and the said Samuel Glen John Glen Elizabeth Davis Susanah Barnes for themselves and their heirs hath hereby conveyed the same in witness whereof the said James… State of North Carolina Lincoln County We the undersigned Jurors consentually chosen by the heirs of John Reynolds Decd to lay off and divide the real estate of the said deceased amongst the heirs. Met on the 22nd day of January 1829 and laid off to Nancy Glen wife of John Glen formerly Nancy Reynolds. The seventh Lot beginning at a Black Oak on the old line a corner of the old line South 60 poles to a Black Oak the old corner. Then west 114 poles to a Black Oak on the old line and thence to the new line North 35 east 100 poles to a sourwood a corner of the 6th lot thence on the said line to the beginning containing 40 acres valued at 25 dollars by Samuel Wilson Joshua Robert Stephen Hornsby George Anthony State of North Carolina Lincoln County October Session 1830. The within division of land was examined by the Court and added on the record and ordered to be registered.
