H. E. FORNEY, of that county, has a horse which will permit nobody but a woman to catch him if he knows it. His owner, however, is up to his racket, and keeps a bonnet and a dress in the stable and dons this outfit when there is no woman handy to bridle his horse, and the stratagem is successful.
