"In the name of God Amen. I Christina Bandy of Lincoln County State of North Carolina being racked in body but of sound sense and of a disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this My Last Will & Testament and do hereby dispose of my worldly estate in manner & form following to wit.. 1st, After all my just debts to bee paid out of my estate then I give and bequeath unto daughter Susannah Bandy the two choice beds and furniture also one wheel and cards & thread and two of the best churns also two polli(?) & two (?), also four of the best hogs, also one Large wash pot. The following property to wit is the property of Susannah Bandy and I Christina Bandy have no clame thereto as she Susannah has made or bought it with her own labour, to wit, three head of cattle, also five head of sheep, one chest, one (?) wheel, also two tables, dresser, and furniture, one L (pound currency) in school... also four blankets, also four bed quilts, also eleven sheets. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Susannah all my bed close except what will furnish one bed which is to be sold. I also wish the Balance of my wourldly estate to bee sold and equally divided amongst all my children, namely Thomas, William, George, John, Milley, Polley, Elizabeth, Sarah, Nancy, Catharine, Mahaly, Susannah Bandy. And I do hereby ordain, constitute and appoint my son Thomas Bandy my sole Executor to Execute this my Last will and Testament and in Testimony thereof I do hereby set my hand and seal May the 28th 1830.
