Estate Record of Charles Beal 1890

In matter of collection of		Superior Court
estate of Charles Beal dec'd 		Lincoln County
						before C.E.Childs
						Probate Judge

A.F.Moore being duly sworn says that Charles Beal died Sept 8th 1890 leaving
real and personal property, that there is a caveat filed against the probating
of a certain paper purporting to be the last will of said Charles Beal, and
that there is a bona-fide contest-now pending in the Superior court of Lincoln
County in regard to whether said Charles Beal died intestate or left a last
will; That there are debts owing and due to the estate of Charles Beal and
which ought to be collected at once.  Further, that the value of said estate
so far as can now be ascertained about $810.00 in personal estate and about
$1500.00 in real estate.  And the heirs of said deceased Amy Randall, Annie
Lawing wife of J.M.Lawing, Lavinia Saunders wife of T.J. Saunders, Rebecca
Ballard, wife of L.M.Ballard, Martha Moore wife of Alex Moore, Caroline Lawing
wife of J.S.Lawing and Jane Price, all of said heirs being of age and reside
in Lincoln County.

In the end that said estate may be cared for, the [?] that Letters of
Collection may issued [?] said estate to him.
