HENRY HAUSE WILL	

In the name of God Amen, I Henry Hause being aged but in good health and of 
sound mind and memory, knowing that it is appointed for all one's to die, do 
make , publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and from following:
1.
Give my Sprit to God who gave it and my body to be buried in a decent 
Christian like manner.
2.
It is my Will that all my just debts be paid
3.
I give and bequeath to my wife Chatharine Hause my home place about 100 acres 
of land and all the appertaining  thereto also all my house and kitchen 
furniture and all my stock of every kind.
4.
I give and bequeath to my son Jacob Hause one hundred  and thirty acres of 
land which I made a deed for to him. I also give my son Jacob any part of the 
Black smith tools
5.
The Hundred acres of land that I therefore willed to my wife I give and 
bequeath unto my daughters, Elizabeth Shell, Sarah Tetherrow and Mary Mooney 
heirs and Anna Mooney  to them and their heirs. I hereby nominate and 
contribute and appoint my son Jacob Hause my Executor and Executor of this my  
last Will and Testament, Signed Sealed this 25th day of May 1858
