This is to say after all my none full debt, funeral charges is paid. I give and bequeath to my wife Agnes (Allias Nancy). All my land and moveable effects, both real and personal to be at her own disposal and to her only proper use and _____ unknown forever. Then paying the following or bequeathments as underneath. Them I give to my son William Harbison the sum of five pounds to be paid in one year after my death. I give to my son David Harbison the like sum of five pound to be paid to him at the same time. I give to my Daughter Sarah Harbison the like sum to be paid at the same time. I likewise to my other children (To Witt), Mary Harbison, Nancy Harbison, Margaret Harbison, James Harbison, Hiram Harbison, Rebecca Harbison, and Mirah Harbison. To give the like sum of five pounds to each one of them to be paid when they are at the eighteenth year of this age. Without diffenitation and so satify and confirm, this and not other to be my last Will and Testament.
