Last Will and Testament of Adam Keener 1856

In the name of God Amen I Adam Keener of the County of Lincoln and State of 
North Carolina Being weak in Body but of Sound and perfect mind and memory 
(Blessed be God) do this first day of June in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred and fifty five make and publish this my last will and 
testament in manner following that is to say
	I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Keener all my Estate 
Real and personal consisting of two horse beast, cattle, hogs and sheep 
farming untesels house hold and kitchen furniture one waggon and one windmill 
and all the grain on hand and all that is growing and all and every thing of 
my Earthly property that I possess. But my three daughters Mary, Sally, and 
Susanna is to have each of them one Heiffer of afore named cattle and one Bed 
and Bedstead a piece.  And after the death of my wife the property then on 
hand land and all to be equally divided among all my children.  I appoint my 
two sons Daniel Keener and Lewis Keener my Executors.  In witness whereof I 
the said Adam Keener have hereunto set my hand and seal year and date written 
above.
