William Little 1772

In the name of God Amean
I William Little in Meckingburg County am sick in bodey yet in my perfect 
sences thanks to god that gave it-this I make my Last Will and testament.

Item I order my body to be Buried where my father is buried in A desent maner
and my Debts to be paid.

Item I leave and bequeath 500 acres of land that is lying on or near to John
Duhearts place on the south side of the fork to be Equally divided between my
brothers and sis which is Thomas Little John Little Archibald Little and
Martha Little. Item I leave and Bequeath 300 acres to Thomas and Archibald
Little Equaly to be divided between them Lying on the south side of Lantys
Creek.

I leave and bequeath to my dear Brother Thomas Nine pounds of money one Bay
mar and Colt with one Large Pot.  Item I leave and Bequeath to Martha Little
one fether Bed and bolster and all my poter [?] that Belongs to me and one
pot.

Item I leave and Bequeath to my Brother Archibald five pound in money.  I
leave and Bequeath to my Brothers and sister that is James and Alexander and
Margaret Little nine pounds to be Equally divided between them.  Item I order
my Brother Thomas 11 pound five shillings that James Henery is [?] with one
Black Mare and colt and four steers and one cow and I order that you kill the
yellow steer.  Given under my hand and Seale this fourth day of Agust in the
year of our Lord god 1764 before signing and sealing I order my Brother Thomas
to colect what is due to me. [illegible] keep all only given them what I have
mentioned and I order Tho Little to be attested before my [?] Executor and no
other.
