The Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Little Elizabeth Little 1898 March 9, 1891 I Elisibeth A Little of Lincoln County North Carolina being of sound mind and memory though conscious of the uncertainty of life do make this my last will and testament. 1st I will and bequeath that Shirod Little my Son Shall have all of my real estate and also my interest in the Fishery. 2nd that Shirod Little shall have one bed and furniture. I also will Louisa Little my Granddaughter one bed and Furniture. I also will Nancy E. Womac my daughter five Dollars. Allso Jane Little Five Dollars Her Test.- Elizabeth x A. Little (seal) A. H. Barkley In the Matter of the Will of Clerk of the Superior Court Elizabeth A. Little Sherod Little being duly sworn doth say: That Elizabeth A. Little late of said County, is dead, having first published her last Will and Testament; and that there is no executor named therein. Further that the property of the said Elizabeth A. Little is worth about $50.00 personal $250.00 real so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application. Sherrod Little, Louisa Little, Nancy E. Womac, Avery Little, and Houston Little are the parties entitled under said Will to the said property, and affiant is (?) of (?) heirs entitled to administration et.al. Sherod Little.
