First, I will to my beloved wife Elizabeth Moore her living and peaceable possession the Old plantation on which I live for and during hir natural life with four negroes viz Peter, Isom, Sytha, Cate and Sythas child and Jane, to have and possess during her natural life and at hir death to dispose of them as she may think proper amongst hir Children all my sheep One Horse Saddle & bridle, two cows thir Choice & the Household Furniture, Second I will to my daughter Ann Reinhardt our negro Girl named Harriet Third I will to my daughter Elizabeth Rankin one negro Girl named Silva Fourth I further Will to my daughter Rosanna Scott fifty Dollars in money Fifth I will to my daughter in law I Jane Moore Fifty Dollars in monty. I will to my son Alexander a negro Girl named Margaret, I will to my son Robison Moore all the land he now lives on to him his heirs & assigns forever, I will to my son in law Michael Reinhardt Five Dollars in money. I will to my son James the Old plantation on which I now live together with all the privileges thereunto belonging to have & to hold to him & his heirs and assigns forever, subject to the support & Maintainence of his Mother during her natural life Together with one negro Girl named Sylva with hir child Joe a negro Woman named Dinah with their increase & Old negro Peg Twenty head of Hogs half of the stock of Sheep two horses, the Wagon the Old still vessels Windmill & all the farming Utensils. I further give to my wife, a negro Man, named Laban to hold during hir natural life & at hir death to be disposed as above directed to my son William I further give him a negro man Lee, to his heirs & assigns forever, I also further Will to my son James a negro mand named Abram, I will my land on Stanley's Creek to my two sons William & James to bo equally divided between them William to have choise, I further Will to my son William a negro boy named Levy to him & his heirs forever, & I further leave to my son Robertson One Cow & calf and I do hereby nominate & appoint my wife Elizabeth Moore & my (son - marked through) two sons, Wm Moore & James Moore my Executors & Executrix of this my last Will & Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affix my seal In the presence of those Witnesses who when present on this 7th day of June in the Year of Our Lord 1834 NB.
