Carolina, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament; and I do hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made. 1st, I do hereby constitute and appoint Henry Cansler Executor of this my last will and testament. 2nd, I will that he first pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. 3rd, I will to my daughter, Rose, the following property, towit: one bed of furniture, my Marsailles quilt, one set of silver table spoons, one set of silver tea spoons and my piano. 4th, I will to my daughter Nancy all the property I have heretofore put into her possession. 5th, I will to my son William all the property I have heretofore put into his possession. 6th, I will and desire that my Executor sell all the rest and residue of my property, including my house and lot in Lincolnton, and that the proceeds of said sale be equally divided between my said three children, towit, Rose, Nancy, and William, share and share alike. 7th, I will that all the debts due me be collected by my Executor, and when so collected, that the same together with all money in hand, be equally divided between my said children.
