This deed made this the 23 day of Aug. 1912, by 
J.M. Foster and wife Delia Foster of Macon
County, and State of North Carolina, of the first 
part, to W.A. Foster of Macon County and 
State of North Carolina, of the second part, 
Witnesseth: That said J.M. Foster and wife 
Delia Foster in consideration of six hundred
and Twenty Five Dollars the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and 
sold, and by these presents doth bargain,
sell and convey to said W.A. Foster heirs
and assigns a certain tract or parcel of
land in Macon County, State of North
Carolina, adjoining the lands of W.A.
Foster, A.P. Foster & B.C. Garland and
others, bounded as follows, viz:
