MACON COUNTY, NC - DEEDS -  Allen and Dora Angel to M.E. and J. W. Frazier,
			    17 Mar 1914

STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA----MACON COUNTY
    This deed made the 17 day of March, 1914, by Allen Angel Dora Angel of 
Macon County, and State of North Carolina of the first part, to M.E. and J. W. 
Frazier of Macon County, and State of North Carolina, of the second part.
    WITNESSETH;  That said Allen Angel and wife in consideration of Ten 
Dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold, 
and by these presents does bargain, sell and convey to said M. E. Frazier and 
J. W. Frazier and heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land  in 
Macon County, State of North Carolina, adjoining the lands of Laura Luther Sam 
Angel and others, bounded as follows, viz:
    Beginning on a Poplar in Alley line runs thence with said line S 74 E 2 P 
to a stake thence E. with Alley line 10 P to a Stake thence with Sam Angels 
line N 68 E. 36 P to a Stake thence thence N 87 W 20 P to a Stake. Thence S. 
68 W 36 P to a stake thence W 15 P to a stake thence N 74 W 2 P to a Stake in 
Allen Angels West line thence 14 feet to the Beginning.
    The above described land deeded for the purpose of a right of way for 
road.    

TO HAVE AND HOLD,the aforesaid right of way all privileges and appurtenances 
thereto belonging to the said M. E. and J. W. Frazier and their heirs and 
assigns to their only use and behoof forever as a right of way for road to 
them and all other travel.
    Parties of the first part hereby quit claim the above described land to 
the use and purpose of a road, right of way.
    IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said Allen Angel and Dora Angel, his wife has 
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written.

STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, Macon County.
    I, Robt Stamey J/P., hereby certify that Allen Angel and Dora Angel his 
wife, appeared before me this day and acknowledged the due execution of the 
annexed deed of conveyance; and the said Dora Angel, being by me privily 
examined, separate and apart from her husband, touching her voluntary 
execution of the same, doth state that she signed the same freely and 
voluntarily, without fear or compulsion of her said husband or any other 
person and that she will voluntarily assent thereto.  Let the same with this 
certification be registered.

    The foregoing certificate of Robt Stamey J.P. of Macon County, is adjudged 
to be correct.  Let the instrument, with the certification be registered.
