State of North Carolina Macon County Know all men by these presents
that I Henry Moss of the County and State aforesaid for value
Receved of John Corbin do Assigne and transfer over unto the Said
Corbin of the Said County of Macon and State of North Carolina all
my Right title Clams and Interest Which I have to a Certain tract of
land in District No 11 and Section No 69 Which Was Sold by a[?]
Commissioners at a land Sail held at Franklin in the County of Macon
on the 27th Day of October 1836 I there for Request and Request that
the the Secretary of this[?] do Essue a grant to John Corbin so soon
as he shall have paid unto the Treasury office all Sech Sum or Sums
of Money Which is owe to the State or May hereafter become due for
the afore Said Section of land In Witness Whereof I have here unto
Set my hand and Seal January 28 Day 1839

North Carolina Macon County Court of please and quater Sessean Jany
Sesseon 1840 the Within Transfer Deed from H Moss to J Corbin was
Duly proven in open Court by the Oath of C T Rogers a Subscribing
Witness thereto and Recorded in book D page 40 for Registration

The above Deed Was Registered in my office as Register this 9th Day
of March 1840
