RABUN GAP, RABUN COUNTY, GA.

- There are several cases of la grippe in the valley, and a few cases of fever
on the head of the river. 

- Mr. J.W. Green has just opened up a fine stock of goods under the
supervision of the alliance. 

- Mr. A.J. Martin has been quite unwell for some time. 

- Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Tanner are smiling over the accession of a girl to their
family. 

- Not long since Mr. Ira Holden was pounced upon by five negro women for a
fray, but being expert in the use of a goose-neck hoe he repulsed the enemy. 

- A few nights ago, Mr. D.N. Garland had a cow stolen and driven to N.C.

- Some thief broke into Mr. J.M. Dillard's granary a few nights ago and stole
some grain.
