MACON COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - MRS. ARZELIA CONLEY, MAY 25, 1892 Published in the Franklin Press, June 22, 1892 - Vol. VII, No. 14 OBITUARY Died, May 25th, 1892, Mrs. Arzelia Conley in the full triumph of the Saviour's love. Mrs. Conley died very suddenly, after only five days sickness. She professed religion many years ago and joined the church and lived a devoted christian life up to the time of her death. She was a good worker in the church and Sunday school, a devoted wife, a king good mother. Many of the pastors and friends will remember her kind home. She leaves her children and friends to mourn her loss, and we pray that they may meet with her around the throne of God. "Behold I show you a mystery, we shall not all sleep but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye at the last trump; for the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised incorruptable. O, death, where is thy sting? O, grave, where is they victory?" J.M. HENDERSON ___________________________________________________________________ Copyright.
