MACON COUNTY, NC - WILLS - Thomas Daves, 8 Jun 1841 ----¤¤¤¤---- STATE OF NC Macon County, June 8th, 1841 I Thomas Daves of Macon County do make publish and declare this as and for my last Will and testament herby revoking all former Wills by me and my Will is that my body be decently beried and that my just dets and funeral charges shal be pade by my Executer hearinafter named and my Will is that my wife, Jane Daves and Patsy Ann Daves and Marian Daves that they do have all the property that I now have during her life or widowhood and if she should marry then the property to be sold and the money to be converted to the use of my two little daughters Patsy Daves and Marian Daves. My Will is that Patsy Ann Daves has the loom Marian Daves has the little wheel. My Will is that my wife Jane Daves shall not dispose of the property in any way without the consent of the Executor and I do nominate and appoint my said son Joseph Daves to be the sole Executor of this my last Will and testament in testimony Whereof I set my hand and seal this 8th June, 1841.
