In Memory of Mrs. Myrtle Gormon.

On Tuesday evening April 2, 1912, the death angel visited the home of Mr.
Robert Gormon of Meadow Fork, and called away his wife.  Mrs. Gormon had
been in poor health for several months, though her death was a surprise to
all the community, as the news of her being serious had hardly gone out
until that of her death came.

Her remains were interred at Meadow Fork cemetery on Wednesday following,
Rev. Mr. Plemmons conducting the funeral rites.

Among her last words she spoke of her home in the great beyond; that owing
to her poor health she did not crave to live and was ready and willing for
the end to come.  She always bore her suffering so patiently, always speaking 
of the right, ever wishing that her children might attend church and Sunday 
school and become true christians.
