Payne Baby Dies At Barnard


The Death Angel visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Pearl Payne Thursday
morning and took from them their darling baby, Billy Scott.
Little Billy Scott was born December 17, 1931 and died March 10, 1932.  He
was two months and....
