Alfred Rector Dead

Mr. Alfred Rector died at his home in Marshall south of the French Broad
River last Friday morning, October 17, 1924. He had been sick only two or
three days, but had a stroke of paralysis, which made death almost
instantaneous.

He was over 70 years of age and is survived by his wife and some children.
