Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Grand View cemetery for
Mrs. T. E. Shepherd of that section who had been an invalid for nearly
sixteen years with paralysis.  The Rev. Peter Rich and the Rev. Everett
Sprinkle conducted the services, which was her request.

She is survived by her mother and husband and one brother, Eugene Trent, of
Hot Springs and three children, Ina, Lucy, and Elbert.  Lucy is a student at
the Grand View school.
