The Subscribers having qualified as Executors to the last will and testament 
of Major John Everitt, deceased, at the last county court, desire all those 
having demands against the said estate to present the same within the time 
limited by law or they will be barred of recovery. Those indebted are 
requested to make speedy payment as no indulgence will be given.
