        Vs.

DAVID CURRY

Original Attachment levied in the hands of JAMES MITCHELL and he summoned as 
Garnishee

The defendant being out of the State or conceals himself that the ordinary 
process of the law cannot be served on him, it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendant comes forward and replevies or pleads to issue  by 
next Court,  judgment will be taken against him.
