STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- Martin County -- Court of Equity -- WILLIAM P. 
PRICE vs. H.W. WEATHERSBEE
Sir: You are hereby notified to appear at the next term of said Court, to be 
held on the last Monday in February next and plead, answer, or demur to the 
bill of WILLIAM P. PRICE against you, or judgment pro confesso will be entered 
against you, and the same hear accordingly.
Witness C.B. HASSELL,Clerk and Master in our said Court of Equity at office 
this the 10th day of Sept. A.D. 1860.
