Marshall's Sale

By virtue of an Execution issuing from the Circuit Court of the United States 
held at Raleigh for the District of North Carolina, will be exposed to sale at 
Public Auction on the 11th day of May next, the tract of land lying in Martin 
County whereon James Sheppard lives adjoining the land of Willie Banor and 
John Jones, supposed to contain 100 acres; also three likely Negroes, to 
satisfy a judgement obtained by Philip Duval vs. James and Jordan Sheppard in 
said county, at November Term, A.D. 1810
