Witnesseth that we William Smith and wife Ollive and Mary Cone hath Bargained and sold and Conveyd. and Confirmd. unto the above said Lewis Cone to him his heirs forever it Being for the Consideration of the sum of twelve Pounds Currente Money to Each of us in hand Paid before the Insealing hereof which we william and wife and Mary do sell all of our Rights and Titles of the lands given to us by the laste will and testamente of William Cone Deceased the quantity of land Estimated to Both of us sopposed to be fifty acres More or Less the title of the said land and Premisses we do warrente secure and Defend from all Person or Persons whatsoever in witness whereof we have Inter- changable set and fixed our seals the date above written signed seald and Delivered in the Presents of us.
