Communication

Died at the seat of her mother in Martin County on the 15th inst., Mrs. 
Charity A. Hall, consort of the Rev. H.E. Hall, in the 26th year of her age. 
In the death of this truly pious and respectable lady society has lost one of 
its greatest ornaments; she was possessed of a mild and benevolent disposition 
which always prompted her to assist those who were in any manner distressed; 
she was charitable to the poor; to the motherless a mother; and to all mankind 
a friend.
