Martin County Court House, Williamston, NC State of No Carolina Martin County In the name of God Amen I Arden Andrews being of Sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following /Viz/ Item......I give and bequeath to my Son Wallace Andrews the Sum of Four hundred Dollars in money to him and his heirs forever Item......I give and bequeath unto my Son Aldridge Andrews the Sum of Four hundred Dollars in money to him and his heirs forever Item......I give and bequeath unto my Son Joseph B E Andrews the Sum of Four hundred Dollars in money to him and his heirs forever Item......I give and bequeath unto my Son Warren A Andrews the Sum of Four hundred Dollars in money of which he has already receved to him and his heirs forever Item......I give and bequeath unto my Son Warren A Andrews one tract of Land Lying in the State of Tennessee Shelby County on the Lusehatchy River Containing One hundred and Sixty nine acres of land more or less to him and is heirs forever Item......I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ethelinda Wynn the Sum of Four hundred Dollars in money to her and her heirs forever Item......I give and bequeath unto my daughter Drupina Briley's four children /to wit/ Eliz Briley, Benj A Briley Jesse Briley and Drupina Briley the the Sum of Four hundred Dollars in money to them and their heirs forever Item......I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susan Williford the the Sum of Four hundred Dollars in money to her and her heirs forever Item......My will and desire is at my death that all my negroes and all my property of every description that I have not willed away Should be Sold and the money arising from the Sale thereof after paying all my Just debts to be equally divided between my Six living children to wit Wallace Andrews, Aldridge Andrews, Joseph B. E. Andrews Warren A Andrews Ethelinda Wynn Susan Williford and the four children of Drupina Briley /Viz/ Elizabeth Bryley Benjamin A. Briley Jesse Briley and Drupina Briley them to have one Equal Share with one of my own children —
And it is alo my desire that the four hundred Dollars I give to these four Briley children and there share of the money arising from the sale of the negroes and other property not willed away be kept in the hands of my Executor hereafter named until the said Eliz Briley Benj A Briley Jesse Briley and Drupina Briley shall arrive to the age of twenty one years I also nominate Constitute and appoint my three living sons Wallace Andrews Aldridge Andrews and Joseph B E Andrews Executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills heretofore by me made.
