We Debra Hardison, Levin Hardison, Jennette Hardison, Joseph Tyre wife Ritta, Durham Hardison, Hodge Hardison, William E. Sexton wife Emma, Lewis Hardison, and Clayton Hardison, heirs and ?distributes? Of James Hardison Dec'd appoint, all of age, agree that James Hardison Junior Special Administrator of said estate shall sell not only the property set apart by the court for cash but also all the other property belonging to said estate (except the land & negroes) for cash and we authorize him to sell all said property under his Special Administratorship, and we do promise and agree & hereby release him from any liability legal or equitable for selling for cash and or Special administrator ?? only holding him responsible for our pro rata part of said sale.
