Sept. 1826, date recorded (Dec) Ct. 1827, being of sound & perfect mind and 
memory blessed be God- - daughter Elizabeth (Morris) all the estate that I am 
seized and possessed of which is not otherwise disposed of according to the 
last will and testament of my deceased husband, Martin Joice, exe. worthy
