I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah king, the Plantation whereon she now lives and all the lands belonging there to. I also give all my household and kitchen furniture to my beloved wife Sarah King (between the lines her heirs and assigns forever). Inserted I also give to my wife Sarah King, my stock of horses containing one bay mare named Charlottie, one Sorrel mare named Lillian, one bay horse named Childress. I also give my said wife Sarah King all of my corn & fodder to make use of as she may see think proper I have all my stock of cattle and hogs to be sold to satisfy all my just debts and there should be an ballance after my just debts, Executors to be satisfyed I give and desire my wife to have it. I also give the Residue of my farming utensils after all my lawful debts are satisfyed unto my wife Sarah King forever. I also give unto Starkey Ruffin my gun to have and to hold for ever. It is further my will and desire that my executor should hold the above mentioned property and act on it as he may think proper for the use of my wife, Sarah King. I promote and appoint my worthy friend John Ruffin executor to this my last will and testament and if he should die or remove away, I nominate my friend, Thomas Ruffin executor in his stead in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand my hand and seal to this my last will and testament.
