McDOWELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Andrew Clinton Dockery, 12 Aug 2004

MARION - Andrew Clinton Dockery, 94, died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2004. 
He was the son of the late Jack and Hanna Roberts Dockery, and husband 
of the late Alice Cole Dockery. He was a member of First Baptist Church 
of Marion.

Survivors include a son, Michael Clinton Dockery of Pooler, GA; a 
daughter, Joyce McKinney of Bakersville; six grandchildren; nine great 
grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and 
nephews. 

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the McCall Memory Chapel 
of Kirksey Funeral Home. Rev. Scott Hagaman officiated. Burial followed 
in McDowell Memory Park. The family received friends from 1:30 p.m. until 
the service hour at the funeral home.
