It now sets at the top of the embankment of I-485 where it crosses under Nation Ford Rd. in a grove of trees. The cemetery sat behind the old Dinkins Home on Nation Ford Rd. That home has been moved to another part of the county and renovated. The old home was built in the 1790s and Dinkins was issued a license to operate a tavern there. In later years, it was used as a stagecoach stop. The cemetery has about 20 headstones and many field stone markers. It appears that at one time, there was a rock wall around it. the cemetery is now surrounded by and industrial park. To see the cemetery, you would have to park at one of the businesses along Nation Ford Rd. and walk approximately 1,000 feet back from the road.
